Does the b16a2 have a bleeder screw to remove air from the coolant? Overheating!
In the helms it says to just let the fan cycle on twice with the radiator cap loose. It seems like my thermostat is not working, but I took it out and tested it yesterday. It checked out ok.
As the car warms up the top radiator hose gets hot, but the bottom does not. I think I have an air pocket blocking the thermostat. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I didn't think Honda's were bad about air pockets. How did you test the thermostat? I would almost bet it's that. Just go ahead and replace it it's only $6.
Heated up some water, and watched it open.
It seemed to work. Opened before the water boiled to almost a centimeter.

I'm pretty sure that the later model VTEc motors lacked the bleeder screw on the upper neck for the radiator hise.
My 1998 ITR motor lacks it, so i'm sure the 99-00 B16A2 deleted that bleeder screw as well.
