Any tips on removing/installing header?

STart taking the bolts off untill there are none left...
Do a search on the net, there are a few sites that have DC Header installs on hondas.
In General:
Jack the front end of your car up
Remove the bolts to the cat
Disconnect 02 sensor
Remove support bolt for B pipe
Remove the bolts from the B pipe to the header
Remove support bolts near bottom of header
Remove 9 header bolts
Can use liquid wrench on the bolts for +1hr or more which will help. Good luck

Hit ALL the bolts that need to come off with lots of WD40 1 to 2 times a day for about 4 days before you plan on taking the old one off. Also don't drive it druing this time. This will make the bolts come off with ease. Trust me this will save you lots of time. Those bolts tent to really get stuck in a bad way.
