I prefer ground control with some custom rate eibach springs to suit whatever setup it is you have...my experience with Skunk is they seem to be a little bouncy...

ground control...you only need one hand to adjust it. trust me. i know from experience...and performance wise. i think they are awesome. i have integra rates on my eg with some koni yellows. rides really nice if you ask me.

i ve been through both on my old eg. skunks had 400f and 300r and now I have gc with the integra rates . not sure what the rates were but i think softer than the skunkies. skunks handled better than the gc setup only because the rates were higher and are cheaper. But if you know your going with a custom rate then go gc. dont go with any of the soft standard rates because my cousin has the standard civic rates on his 00 si and his car handles like **** but rides like my dad's oldsmobile.

Emerica, is correct; The Skunk2s are bouncy. I have them on my 99 Si and I dont like them. Dont get me wrong, I love the rest of the Skunk2 products, but the coil-overs were not to my satisfaction. I would go with Ground Control or Eibach. I, myself, am going with Eibach, once I get some money together.

I have skunk2's on my ej6 with agx, I never riden in a car with GC. So far I have had no problem with them, they have taken a good beating so far, and I feel its not much of a pain in the *** to adjust even though you have to use 2 hands. All IMO.

from experience; i had used both....both are quality coilovers. it all depends on the spring rate you use. the skunks tends to be lil stiffer.
