Taking A/C system out. Help plz.
Nope, just start ripping stuff out. Watch out for flashburn if you deceide to let the freon out yourself. Also if you are taking the condensor out, you will need a pipe that connects the 2 hoses so you have heat.

He is talking about the non ac insert that goes under the passenger side dash. Ryan
PS, Just try and take out the lines, fan, wire harness, belts, bracket, condencer, exc... If you have questions just ask. At least start, and see what you can do yourself first. Its easy.

Take it somewhere and get it drained, I used a valve stem remover on the test point and took the valve stem all the way off. That made just about the biggest mess I have seen, the entire car was covered in waxy foam.

I removed all mine except for the thing under the dash. It's pretty easy. It helps if you remove the radiator fans to get to the compressor. To remove the condensor just unbolt your radiator and push it back then slide the condensor from out in front of it. Most of this stuff was damn easy. I love all the space under the hood that getting rid of it frees up.
