How hard is it to remove and install the rear motor mount?

its not bad if the motor is out, if the motor is still in have fun is all i have to say!!
the front bolts are easy, the rear one is a bit tricky, i used a 14mm end wrench and go under the mount itself to get to the rear bolt, or a wobly and extension may work

 

mine came loose , it was a pain in the *** to put it back with the motor and bracket there.
w out motor easy

 

Don't worry dude I have to replace mine as well my rear polyurane bushing is busted. I have to contact hasport just been to lazy to give them a call, hopefully it will go smoothly me and you. I don't think it should be that bad though.
