I can get a d16z6 block for cheap and i need a d series block for my 90 crx dx. Will this block bolt up fine and what will the compression be. Thanks

 

i heard about a swap called.. MiniME.. its like at d15 bottom.. and d16 vtec head.. heard some good things about the motor.. you cant bore the d15 pertty FARRRR.. good luck --peace

but why! just swap a longblock...... MPFI swap isnt that hard....
compression on the DX;s are 9.2.1 same as in the Z6 wich its 9.2.1

 

DON"T DO IT!!! There is no oil control jet in the Z6 block and there is not one in a b2 head. The b2 bottom end has it in the block and the z6 has it in the head. No oil control jet=no oil pressure in the head.
