Default How do you do this in photoshop 7?

How do it put a little puddle / lake of "water" underneeth my car so i can have a reflection of my car in it like its water? ive seen this done i just don't know how to do it. thanks!

Well, you can start by selecting the area you want to "puddle", feather it a couple pixels and use the distort>>>ripple filter. If you're not looking for choppy water, just a reflection, select your car, copy paste it to a new layer, flip it vertically, line it up with the bottom of the original car and lower its opacity. There are several ways to do this, just practice until you find one that works best for you.
