Default Help Lowered Suspension Control Arms Hitting?

I have installed KYB GR2 Struts, Ractive Dual rate springs and Eibach Camber ADJ bolts. The bolts replaced the upper control are bolts that go though the chassie. I have 17" wheels and i set my ride hight to have about 1.25" between the top of the tire and the bottom of the fender. My car is pretty high right now. The car seems to bottom hard but i don't think the bump stops are hitting. It seems like the upper control are is hitting the chassie above the ball joint. Has anyone have any ideas. I just want a decent ride. I had stock shocks with Matrix coilovers and they weren't as bad but i had a bad camber problem and then i did this all at once.
