I paid $460 for these but I can't figure out exactly what I spent my money on...just looking for a little tech assistance.







As you can see...I was overwhelmed by the rather large humps on the metal sticks.



My first instincts told me it was a piece of sporting equipment...



When I couldn't hit a ball...I figured it was a musical instrument.



When no beautiful music cam from the foreign object....I thought I would take gander outside to see if I could find anything interesting.




I couldn't see ****. Feeling very discouraged, I decided to take my anger out on some rabbid rodents. These things are vicious so I decided to end it for them.



I took another look at them and then I figured it out...

nice cams, but this type of drama has got to stop. Ive seen enough of " What do we have here" scenarios, hope the cams work good.

Did you get cam gears to go along with them?

 

Stage 1...putting in ITR valve springs and will be installed w/ skunk2 cam gears as well.

EDIT: they will be going in not before too long. Probably a couple weeks at least. I am going to install a bunch of parts at once so I don't have to keep going home. 98 Spec JDM ITR header, cams, valve springs, retainers, cam gears, and some CTR headlights.

uhh...nice cams and all....but wheres the tech? since when was this forum all about show and tell? and that whole "what are these for?" is getting old. and this one was a lil over kill. nice cams tho. maybe u can give us tech info and some dyno numbers and give this thread reason for living

 

I have the same ghetto *** steak knives, but I still use scissors or keys to open boxes.

 

If you want tech...I will post pictures of the install and give step by step instructions on how to do it. I will also give a full review on the cams and header and post dyno plots. If Tom or any other mod wants to close this or remove the "funny" pictures, please close. I thought maybe some people could use a laugh on Monday.

 

You only use keys because your too excited about new parts you forget there is an easier way of doing it. Trust me, I do the same damn thing.

i wasnt trying to be a dick with my earlier post... it just seems that these forum rules apply to some and not others. i mean people be postin non tech **** and people be barkin like crazy....and others seem to not care. dont make no sense. but anyways the dyno numbers and install would be dope.

Nice cams, but didnt you get any cuts from handling the cams so much, this happened to me a little when I put my ITR cams in. (i wasnt bleeding just had a ton of little cuts marks)
