Ok,

i have a 3" LCD screen that is running off my mobile audio DVD player its a 1 din unit with no screen. i have the sound for this running off an FM modulator and my factory head unit.

im switching to an aftermarket head unit....how can i ditch this FM modualtor and get the DVD to play right off my sterero?

 

You need to get a headunit that has aux inputs. I can't recommend one for you unfortunately. Does your dvd player have preamp outputs?

 

ya just find any deck that has AUX.... to be honest never go cheap on the head unit...try to stay with atleast kenwood or alpine or better
