Default just lowered car now it rides like $h!t

well i decided to lower my 88 civic hatchback dx. i lowered the front first. now when ever i drive the cars seems to be clicking like your about to stall... and the faster you go the faster the car clicks.. when i put the car back to stock the car was back to normal...it seem the car doesnt want to be lowered ? des anyone know what it can be...?

how low are you dropping it.....mines a 1.75 up front and 2.25 in back...rides good any more and my kit would drag

It could be your axles. Does it click when you turn?
Also did you get an alignment after you dropped it?

well i dont have a kit and the springs are h&r race spring.. i believe its a 2.25' drop ...the car would just feel like its going to stall. but only when the car is in motion the faster you go the more the car would jump back and fourth

why would you lower the back more? wouldnt that cause more drag?

well when i turn right it seems normal other than that car rides like $h!t...and when i put the car back to stock everything was just fine

inspect the cv boots for rips and see if there is axle grease splattered all over the place.

If the ride is bouncy or something, you probably need shocks (KYB are pretty popular). If it's rough, well.. that's to be expected really, but adjustable shocks would help that too.

you binded your axle .. from the outside the axle looks fine but on the inside whats happening is the knuckles are seperateing from each other and making that click sound. you need a new axle wich ever one it is.
