any interest in a mounting kit so you could mount 90-91 crx seats in a 90-91 civic? it would position the seat in the factory position, be very strong (stronger than factory), and would be 90% bolt on? if you'd be interested, how much would be a fair price?

 

I would be very interested if it put the seat in the factory CRX position (a little lower and further back) My 6'7" frame doesn't fit all that well in the stock hatch position, and I've thought about trading my hatch for a CRX just because the CRX has more leg / head room.

 

i don't know what the factory position is for the crx seat, but the seat is definitely further back then my old civic seat. i'm pretty sure it does sit higher, however, since the brackets add some height, but it still sits slightly lower than my old civic seat.

 

sounds like something I'd definately be interested in if I could find a good deal on some seats.... unfortunately, now is not a good time for me to be even thinking about spending money on something like that, I've got to get the bugs worked out of my engine, and I've got to get my si tranny back together and working. keep me posted though.

i have 91crx si seats...will these brackets allow me to mount these seats in m 88 hatch?

 

crx's are very roomy for 2 passengers...even plenty cargo space...but dont try to put anymore than 2 people in..
