get this i am at a cheap motel with my girl. i leave the room to go the front desk and tell them i have no hot water. the see that my car(2003 clk500) is parked in a handiecap space. i only parked because the lot was empty, and beside what handie cap person goes to "motel".. so i get my DL and the R and ****.. the cops searched me and then searched the car! i was like the car is not stolen is paid for 60grand in cash! and we allknow a blkack guy cant have a nice car unless he sell drugs! **** thecops.... can they do that do that ****! my girl is screamin and then thecops say SHUT UP!! my girl was so mad at the cops i didnt get any more b00ty.. what should i do.. this happened in jerzy too on rt 1 north...i know i parked illlegal but ****.. lets be real guys. i know alot of people of people have gotten speeding tickets for over 30 ova, did the cops seasrch you and ur car nooo!!

I don't think they can. You have to give them a reason and (NO OFFENSE) but since they are probably race biast they felt that you "couldn't" have that kinda money. You might be able to take them to court for illegally serching your car especially since they found nothing. And, BTW, can you post this ish in here...

Don't know if the cop can search your car, however how hard is it to park one spot over and not be in the handicap spot? You said the lot was empty.

Also not to sound like a dick, but if you weren't an *** to the guy at the counter, you never would have gotten the cops called on you. The reason i say you were an *** is because he never would have called the cops unless you were. Also the cops have every right to tell your gf to shut up. It is a motel and people are trying to sleep. Perhaps the dude at the counter said you were smoking pot in the room and thats why they searched your car. That would give them enough probable cause right there. If he called the cops on you in the first place, you never know what kind of story he made up.

in my part of CT, they profile by race, age, sex, type of car, people in car, way you talk to cop, way you're dressed. everything.
