Default Pics of my buddies s-10 on 20's, and his friends Sonoma layin out on some 22's.

Thought maybe the truck fans around here, might enjoy this for a change. The white truck in the back ground is my friends. It's on air, 20's, and lays out. The flat black Sonoma in front is a friend of his, that his shop has worked on, laying flat out on 22's. Can someone say major bling, on such a small truck?

It's a lot cleaner than most mini-trucks I see, and I appreciate the hard work he's put into it (BTW, all by himself). He did it the right way, the first time.

S10's cannot lay rocker without a body drop. They can hit their rails on the ground, but full, all-around rocker is impossible without doing some bodywork. Putting 22's on that badass is ******* wicked. My old ride was a dropped S10 on 18's with a warmed over 4.3 Vortec V6. I embarassed my fair share of hondas.

Minitrucks kick *** and that Sonoma is done right

Cool. Someone who knows what they're talking about. You are right on with your comment about the s-10's. It's a stock floor, so it's not that hacked. My friends white s-10 in the background, he is going to put a "bodyless" body drop in the rear, meaning his bed floor is lifted up to give clearance. Fenders are removed in the front. His truck will lay out as well. Minitrucks are rad when they are done right.

EDIT: Here's a pic of the rear section of the Sonoma:

And here is one more of my friends S-dime, before bodydropping, complete with flipped taillights (he likes to use stock parts, and tweak 'em to make it subtle, yet custom)

as an active minitrucker i like seening that, but show something besides s-10's that ya can bolt on a bag kit. to lay out a s-10 on 20's takes about a weekends work of work. the body drop and doors look good.

If you read up a little bit, you'd see that both trucks are body dropped. They both can lay rocker. The flat black sonoma has about a 8 grand invested in it's body alone, and the white s-10 has a "bodyless" body drop, that he got done just for labor because he pretty much did hit it himself, but to the person who doesn't know how (and most people dont), it would cost upwards of 6 grand. They both have more money in their drops then a lot of us here have in their car alone, including the price of the car. Sorry, but Honda tuning is nothing when compared to finding the proper way of laying out a truck. That **** is complicated.

I might not go that far...the truckers deal with how get it lower, but with car tuning (only really applies to racers) they have to deal with the drop, ride height, damping, camber, steering, this angle and that...etc. It takes a lot to get it just right which is why most of the guys are still working on it.

Ha, now that I read it, I may not go that far either. But you know what I mean. Real tuning can get complicated and expensive, but most of us out there aren't really "tuning". But then again, most truckers aren't hacking their body to lay it flat on the ground either. You have to appreciate both.
