pics of my clutchnet after 13k mi. Thoughts?
Well, my tranny was having issues engaging/disengaging and I couldn't find any fluid leaking from the master or slave cylinder. In fact my slave cylinder piston was fully extended. I thought may be the pp bolts had backed out or the disc springs became dislodged/busted out so I dropped the tranny to take a look. Here are the pics.
Here is the pressure plate. It's the dual diaphragm. Has anyone seen puc imprints left on their pp before?
Here's the disc. Any guess as to how much life is left in it. There's about 1/32 of copper between the mating surface and the brass? rivets.

WOW! Clutchnet sent me a dual diaphram by mistake & I sent it back. I would guess the imprints would be from the massive clamping force of that pressure plate. That thing is no joke!
Clutchnet Clutches are a ******* joke...they ate my flywheel\PP on 2 occassion and I never got more than 10k miles on one.

my flywheel was tore up on my clutchnet after like 3 weeks of daily driving no hard shifting or anything. Took the flywheel to the machine shop and its fixed now. Clutchnet is still in the car, crossing my fingers...Ill cross that bridge when i come to it...
It was behaving as if the pp bolts were backing out. The engagement got closer and closer to the floor until it wouldn't engage at all. At first I thought master cylinder, but I checked the reserviour and looked for leaks but nothing. I'm thinking that the master cylinder has failed "internally." My friend's brake master cylinder went out without showing any signs of leaking.

Ahh mine was just like that after 3 months of racing it hard, i took a look at it when i had my motor out. I then ran the clutch for 2 more year strong. SOld the car and the new owner is still running the same stage 2 clutchnet clutch. I nver had a problem with mine and i loved how it felt. 10 times better than my dash shaking non-sprun ACT 6puck.
I have an act xtreme plate with the full face sprung disk and I LOVE it. The only other clutch I have ever used was exedy, and that clutch only lasted 6 months, but that was a 3 puck sprung disk, which was way more clutch than I needed!
I have a clutchnet, but I will say I will never buy another. When I 1st got it I liked it. But as time went by I really started to hate it.

i don't know nothing about clutchent but i had a b18a lsvtec motor and was putting down 220 before i blew it up i went thru 4 clutches two stocks a sachs super set and a borg warner heavy duty ( i beat the **** out of a clutch) i got a clutchmaster stage 3 segmented carbon kevlar disc beat the **** out of it for 6 months power shifting all day blew my motor up and did a b16a1 swap (waitiing for turbo manifiold to boost 10psi) the clutch looked brand new as the day i bought it. It grabs like a mother ****** and is still streetable clutchmasters gets my vote
Yep...my Clutchmasters stage 4 is perfect...chatters a bit but it also holds all the power I can hand to it. I would never buy anything but a clutchmasters
I've had my clutchnet 6 puck sprung hub for 2yrs. Never had a problem except the slight chatter, 1st gear. The pedal is softer than stock but grabs very good!
