Most people get the 94006 and have the 02 bosses welded on. It's more expensive to buy the ones that come with the bosses pre-welded. I haven't heard of anyone using the 93500 series, but I believe the 53000 series is a better fit for Hondas, is less prone to rattle, but doesn't flow as well as the 94000s. You can have the muffler shop spot weld the heat shield ahead of time to help prevent the shield from rattling. If your car isn't tuned properly, you will lessen the life of the converter and it may rattle from the inside. BTW, it's not installed yet, but I bought my 94006 from this guy:

He has the best prices I've found and can even send you the 02 bosses for $5 extra.

yea, I actually called him this morning and discussed it with him. he said it would be cheaper to get what he has (94009 3" High Flow) and add 2 o2 bosses. so thats what im going to do.

BTW, the 94000 and the 93500 are the only ones offered in 3", so the 53000 is

Sorry man, I should've paid more attention to your post or I would've seen you're asking about the 3" converters, not 2.5"

Yeah, you almost need a translator when talking to him, but he's really cool and takes the time to answer your questions.

What do you guys think about the 94400 Resonated Universal? 94409, 94419, or 94439. and what's the no air/single air configuration?
