the only thing that is will be missing are a 1/4 inch male to male connector to plug it into the line in of whatever you are using it on. you can get them from any radio shack for about 2$.

for all this **** id be happy with 500-700 depending on if the XM sells.
thats a huge chunk of the new engine.
