This was built on my turbo ITR with a Rev Hard cast manifold and T3 60-1 Turbo with a 5 bolt Exhaust flange. You get everything shown, including the 3 bolt "cap" for the exhaust cut-out. This is a sweet setup and my turbo spooled insanely fast with the cut-out open, and the sound is incredible. It also has the bung for the primary 02 sensor. It's in perfect shape and ready to bolt on. I can even have it jet-hot coated for an extra $65 if you want.
I'll take any reasonable offer for it.

 

by looking at the picture, does the cut-out exhaust come out near the front-passenger wheel?

Yeah, to answer both of your questions, you reach down kind of in front of the passenger front tire and you can undo the 3 wingnuts to uncork the exhaust. It's a sweet setup, very easy to to put the lid back on with the 3 supplied wingnuts.
