Doe's anyone know if the EP3 seats are the same as the S2000 or the RSX, or are they all they same? If they are, when I get my S2000 I was thinking of swapping them with EP3 seats. I don't really like all leather and the red with black stitching looks sweet. Thanks.

 

They're alcantara like the ITR seats.

 

So they are not the same shape as the S2000 seats?

 

I am sure that you could fit them into the S2000 with some modification. If you lived closer I would trade you my EP3 seats for some S2k seats

To clarify, the s2000 and ep3 seats are totally different in shape.
S2000: leather | EP3: Alcantra (sythetic suede)


I dont know if they are interchangeable or not.

i just put s2k seats in my ek.
i just swapped out seat pan and rails and fits perfect
anything is possible with honda seats, all the bolt holes where in the
same locations

I dont think they are actual Recaros. I think they are Recaro style. I am not sure about the ep but in the ITR they are Recaro style seats. They are supportive but not as much as real Recaro SRD's.

 

EP3 seats are recaro so with the S2000..

btw your replacing a $4000 seat (S2000) with a $2000 (seat ep)? (dealer price)

 

I'm not replacing anything, I don't even have an S2000 yet. I was just wondering if they were the same seats, because I like the fabric on the EP3 seats better then the all leather seats in the S2000. Also that could have somthing to do with the price difference.

 

I have sat in both the EP3 seats and the S2000 seats, yes I like the fabric on the EP3 seats but for some reason the S2000 seats just felt better, and I think look better as well.
