Default need help with DIY wideband O2 kit

i just assembled the kit,got my box from the radio shack, put my LED in it,im concerned with the power and ground and the wires that go to the o2 sensor,i looked all over http://www.diy-wb.com/ and could not find a clear discription of where to hook these wires up at,am i missing it?i need to be able to run power to it through the switch.plus the o2 sensor i have has the plug cut off so ill need to know which wires to run where,o2 sensor has a red, orange, yellow, black and white wires.

also, for those of you who did this diy kit, what problems did you run into once you got it up and running,i was reading about how i might have to add resistors or something, did anyone else have to do this after they put it together.im mechanicaly inclined but not to smart on resistor talk.
