shouldn't it be 1000 rpms?

i just got yo-yo idleing fixed on my car and my car idled around 300rpms. i know that's too low. i took it back and they said the adjusted it higher, but sometimes i feel as if i'm on the verge of stalling. (now idles around 600). should i go back and bitch or what?

 

once my engine is warm it idles at around 600RPM's on my H23.

 

Well I know you set the timing at 750 +- 50 rpm... so I'm guessing that's what idle should be. My h23 idles at about 700-800. I would get it bumped up a little more if you feel like you are on the verge of stalling.

 

i think i'll turn it up a little more. so why did i have it in my head that it should be steady at 1000? oh well, thanks a lot.!

 

my engine cant make up its mind, i think it has A.D.H.D or something cause it jumps from 700 to 1500 at idle. It gets really anoying in traffic at lights cause people think im reving on purpose..

 

Did you do the TB coolant bypass mod? If so, there's a nipple? ya gotta plug to make it stop.

How do you adjust the idle? I heard it's the idle control screw, but where's it at?
