Just as the title says... will front and rear upper strut bars for a 92-00 Civic fit my 90 Civic?

depends on which bar

most of the adj rear bars will fit but not all of the front bars will fit.

 

Like stated above. All of the adjustable ones will work as long as they mount to the strut top bolt, not to the inner fenders. All the rear bars will work.

 

here's 2 ebay front strut bars... for "92-00" civics





looks like they bolt up at different places.. is this what you mean?

okay just looked at my car... looks like i need the top style one. with the cresant style ends that attach at the top of the shock bolts

 

That is correct. The ITR/CTR bars go on the inner fenders. I bought one thinking could make it work and there is no way in haities. They also sell mugen knock offs on e-bay those may work because the use 2 mounting points. you may have to mod them a little but I think those may work if your going for looks.

If its going to serve a purpose get one thats no adjustable...IMO. Neuspeed, Sprint, Skunk2 (really nice really $$$$) they just bolt up. I had some adjustable and they were decient would much rather have a non adj bar IMO of course
