205/50/15 tires (radius of 11.535)
JDM 4.785FD on USDM ITR Tranny
1st @ 8400rpm 37.297
2nd @ 8400rpm 57.248
3rd @ 8400rpm 82.652
4th @ 8400rpm 108.859
5th @ 8400rpm 142.108

It all depends on redline, tire size and gear ratios, this will help you do your own math

I am thinking 61-63 depending on your tire size.
