Can i use my Cx throttle cable.....
Can i use my 93 cx throttle cable for my 95' production year 96 released JDM GSR??? or do i need to go the junk yard and pick up a 94+ integra GSR throttle cable?
ok... now I have to opposing answers.....Whos right?? Id assume I can use it, but it wouldnt be the same as an integra one. second question: Its a JDM motor, dont I need a longer cable since it is not the same setup?? I thought that the throttle bodies werent in the same place.
For engines with B18C head, use 94 GSR
Hope that helps.
Scott
Perhaps Im reading something wrong. I have a 92 CX and my stock CX throttle cable worked fine with my usdm B18C1. I guess the things on the intake manifold/TB are different because a JDM motor has the cable coming in from the right hand side? If so, my bad. I wasnt thinking about that untill after I posted. Please let me know what you find out.

yes, d-series throttle cable WILL work on GSR motors! I am 100% positive of this. If you don't believe me, try it yourself. What you need to do is make a small bracket to hold it to the firewall, but other than that it works perfectly, I PROMISE you
