im kinda new to this site so be gentle. i have a 90ex with a f22a6 swaped in with cia\h\e\fpr\jet ecu and just bought the turbo\manafold\intercooler\wastegate\injectors\pip ing off a 2g eclipse from a friend. i have drilled the holes out on the manafold to fit the bolt pattern, but my ? is will the piping fit without major problems and should the intercooler mount to the bumper or the radiator support. and from the reaserch ive done the stock bottom end is good for about 7-10 lbs of boost. is this true?i have test fit the manafold but not the downpipe will this fit? if anybody has done this let me know

 

I have no clue, but if it works lemme know. I got the a6 too and there are plenty of junkyard 2g Talons and Eclipses around here.

 

not sure about the tubing but that bottom end can't handle much more than 5 or 6 lbs

 

it does work..get manifold bolt holes redrilled..ports match up exact. custom piping and dsm 450cc injectors run 9 psi safe . compression is only 8.8:1 . 11 psi max but cel comes on and car shuts off so stick with 8 or 9 but pick up 1g bov. 2g are junk plastic ****, not that it matters w/ wat ur doin but its just a better thing to have. only problem is running oil lines and coolant lines, i cant help u w/ that cuz i dont kno the specifics. i kno of 1 guy that did it but im not sure where he ran the lines. but hes been runnin 9 psi for months now and its ok...this only works on f22a1,a4,and a6.

The factory bottom end can take more than 5-6 psi...

If poorly tuned any amount can blow it up however... properly tuned people have gone 10-12 psi.

1g's are good too if you can find them still in good condition.

buy my h23 and put it in your accord. lol. but seriously be careful with the boost. It is very addictive and you can blow something up very easily if not tuned right.
