Hey everybody. My friend is taking the B16A1 out of his CRX cause he crashed the car. He told me hed give it to me for basically nothing cause the car is wrecked. I have a 93 civic. I know the 1st gen b16's arent OBD-1, they have lower compression pistons, less extreme cams, etc so it would be stupid to put it in my car (not to mention that it wont pass emmissions with an older motor). But would it be worth it to use the head in an LS/Vtec build? or if I even just built up the motor with new eternals and such. Is there any aspect of the first gen b16's that would make either of these a bad idea? Any feedback would be much appreciated.
