i ordered a new motor from osanka and the motor they sent me smokes worse that than the one i pulled out i am trying to get osanka to do something but if they don't i was thinking it might be the valves because the motor is only saposed to have 30,000 on it i also thought it might be the head gasket if you guys could let me know what you think or know any tests i could do it would be greatly appreated

Do some research before you buy a motor next time. Osaka doesnt have such a creditable background on this board.
It may only have 30k on it, but Ive seen motors with 2miles on them smoke more than a 300k motor. Cant fix it without taking it apart.

They are a very reliable and reputable company.
But since you already got it, Id say do a compression check 1st and formost...Come back with results.
Do it with a warm motor, at WOT.
