In my accord, there was a small plug that attached to the ignition cylinder that had to be unplugged in order to eliminate this problem.
Hey , thanks guys
I found it hehe . I was looking around for the box and I saw a blue box sitting in the place of the clutch so I unplugged it and wala it works .

wow.... talk about bumping a dead thread.....
Don't really have a way of verifying this myself like I'd like to, but from what I recall, the auto has that solenoid on the ignition. I would think that if you could remove or disable that solenoid, you could use an auto ignition in a manual.
