Default Just did Auto to manual , Need help with Key in ignition getting stuck :(

I just completed my Auto to manual on my 93 hatch , for some reason the key still gets stuck when I try to take it out ... I put it into park before I took out all the auto crap If i keep turning it back and forworth eventualy it will turn all the way back and release the key . Anyone have any ideas as to what I can disconect to make this from stopping ???
Thanks in advance

In my accord, there was a small plug that attached to the ignition cylinder that had to be unplugged in order to eliminate this problem.

wow.... talk about bumping a dead thread.....

Don't really have a way of verifying this myself like I'd like to, but from what I recall, the auto has that solenoid on the ignition. I would think that if you could remove or disable that solenoid, you could use an auto ignition in a manual.

SEARCH is needed here. you can cut the plug off of the auto shift assy, and make a jumper harness.
