how much boost will i get from this turbo with an external wesgate?

As much as you like..

But I'm thinking it'll have some lag, due to it's bigger exhaust housing...

Let's see, 3.0L vs 1.6L.

 

will i get 20 psi

20psi? Why use teh stock ct26 when you can have a much better sized turbo. And don't set yourself on psi goal. set yourself on a power goal. anybody cn run 20psi, but not many can make power reliably with 20psi.
