Car Sputtering at Idle and at lower RPMs
I drive a 97 Accord SE. Only mods to my car are a cat-back exhaust and a AEM CAI. When my car is warmed up, and I am at idle or rolling at idle it basically shakes. It stops and goes, stops and goes.
Also, when I am driving at say 40 MPH or so, my car will sputter. I can tell its an engine problem because I can hear my exhaust quit out then come back. I was just curious as to what y'all think it might be because me and my father can't figure it out.
Thanks for the help in advance.

it could be soooooo many different things. my money would go to plug wires. do a full tune-up with honda stuff (NGK plugs, NGK plug wires, distributor cap, and rotor button) if its not that, itll be a vacuum leak. probably a bad IACV, or on my accord it was an intake manifold gasket leak, but it had an irratic idle. good luck
Check to see if you get a code flashed when you short out the maint jumpers and turn the key. I bet you get a bad O2 senor or some related code. Check O2 sensor. How many miles? Have you changed it at all?
