Anyone know the rates of different springs for the EF?

I would specifically like to know the rates for:

Eibach Pro kit
Neuspeed Street
H&R Street
Tociko
Suspension Techniques

Those appear to be rates for Integra's. I'm looking specifically for CRX/CIVIC rates.
