yeah its a ww rs front lip.
i got the hood from http://www.aeiperformance.com they are located in south bend so its real close to notre dame
The quality is very good, and it fits perfectly. AEI usually orders hoods from fiber images and this was the first hood he had ordered from VIS. The owner said he was very impressed with the quality and the thick clear coat they put on the hood. I thinks its sweet!

D, who just got his cf hood today...patiently awaits until thurs so he can put it on..

 

sweet i'm all in on the VIS invader hood

 

nice hood man. a couple of you mentioned that you like the VIS style... i was thinking of getting one for my 4th gen..what do you guys think of this (minus the kit..haha)

 

that is the style I have on my 4th gen, and I LOVE It. I'll post a pic on here if I get the time to take one

I have the same hood on my 4th gen.Had it for about a year now and its great.Fits perfect and doesnt wobble at high speeds like my last CF hood.It is a little haevier than the oem style replacements so if your looking to save weight look into the oem style.One other thing the vent is right over your header so i drips water right on the header.Thats why i am fabricating a stock heatshield onto my DC header.Also i see you are from Kenner,i live across the lake in Covington so maybe ill see ya sometime.

OT:what do you guys think of 4 hood pins with a cf hood??? ive always liked the 4 pin look...saw one on a civic..but thats a civic

 

Nice, but I'm not a fan of a CF hood with a vent in it. I like the regular OEM look

 

I think I'm just going OEM on my 4th gen...I like the invader but with the spoon lip I think there will be enough going on in the front
