If you have the YS1 then no it will not. I have a YS1 tranny and the clutch from the Y1 didn't fit. It has a different amount of splines.

Is it just the disk that will not fit, or what else?? ie.. pilot bearing, t/o bearing, PP So I specifically need to get a 93 GSR clutch??

everything will work except for the clutch disk...I had a Y1 clutch and bought a YS1 tranny...had to replace the clutch disk. Best way is to count the splines and go from there.
