Default itr camshafts, need the truth

is there a difference between usdm and jdm itr cams?

is there a difference between 96-97, 98-99. and 00-01 itr cams?

are there any itr cams that are equiavalent to CTR cams?

00-01 itr cams have the same profiles as the ctr. otherwise the itr cams are all the same. the jdm cams are the same as the usdm

00-01 cams are different from 97-98 cams. 00-01 cams are the same as JDM CTR cams.

RTW said it.

Integra Type-R(Through 1999 Spec)
Int-240 dur. / 11.5mm lift
Exh-235 dur. / 10.5mm lift

Civic Type-R And Integra Type-R(Integra Type R 2000/01 Spec)
Int-243 dur. / 11.5mm lift
Exh-235 dur. / 10.5mm lift

If you would have searched, even the recent topics, you would have found what you are looking for.

CTR intake lifting is 11.0mm instead of 11.5mm, If I'm wrong, please correct me.

All are the same except CTR cams are a bit more aggressive. Most people choose ITR intake and CTR exhaust for maximum power for N/A. Its up to you. Just get all CTR and you will be happy.

Everyone I know would rather have the more aggressive CTR intake cam, as the exhaust cams are the same.

Correct. The exhaust cams are the same. But nice misinformation on HogNutz part.
