Default lean hesitating problems

Since removing my Supercharger my car was running flawlessly. Even though I never changed the hi-flow fuel pump it was running really rich.

I have only a aem regulator to combat the fuel pump.

Okay, now for my problem. So often, not all the time. I'll be cruising and with the throttle depressed the car leans out, and when I apply throttle it jerks back out of lean conditions.

I think it may possibly be to small of a rubber gromet in the aem regulator, or a faulty regulator. My fuel pressure gauge reads on the money. But the leaning out only really happens when the car is cold. It jerks really bad to lean when I first start the car and I am cruising in and out of the neighbor going really slow. Its like if I don't keep gas applied it leans out.

Any help is appreciated.

I'm trying to get everything running right before spring when I do the turbo install.

if you are reading an a/f gauge, did you know that when it goes really rich the a/f meter will read LEAN??

I didn't know that. Yes the a/f gauge does go beyond red. The are no lights lit. After pressing the gas it jerks and goes to rich 2 to 3 green. It would be hard for me to go to the dyno, unless I could get it to do it while on the rollers. I even took it to the dealership, but they couldn't find nothing wrong because it happen to stop by the time I got there. Atleast when I go full throttle it runs good. My under hood fuel gauge is set to 58-60 psi, but I have no clue what its doing when this is happening.
