Default engine combo Civic R+Mugen vs. Skunk2, Spoon, Crower

I have a B16a with all Civic TypeR and Mugen parts : .020 pistons, rods, cams, mugen valve springs, but I'm not done putting my engine back together and I still
have a few things to buy before its complete.
I just want to know who has done this already, how well it performs,
and its reliability versus using US aftermarket parts such as Skunk2, Crower
or JDM Spoon

I am very impressed with my engine. CTR pistons and Shotpeened factory rods in bottom end gave me plenty of compression for lots of torque and topend horsepower. I started with ITR cams and springs, but after the exhaust cam snapped in half, I switched to Crower (got a great deal on all the parts). Stage 3 needs a lot of tuning, but they have tons of potential. I also used CTR intake manifold and loved the top-end response. I would tell you to go with all factory parts, cheaper and easy to deal with. The piston rings are always easy to gap and last a long time. I am definetly happy with my motor, since my little car blows all my friends away, even with their JDM ITR swaps!!!!!!! EF's rule
