the best method of going 13s is getting a turbo, or ls/vtec.

and no, your engine is not vtec

LS engine is non-vtec. 90-93 the engine was b18a, 94+ b18b
to get quick power in an LS i suggest turbo

what exactly would you need to get ls/vtec or would it be better to run turbo....cheaper and reliable. which turbo is the most recommended?

As a "noob" to the honda/acura scene. I would strongly strongly urge you to read read read read read and take in a TON of information before you start to modify your car. Learn the basics and then go beyond that. You'll save money and make far more informed decisions.

Don't get ls vtec. go ls turbo. You get lower compression ratios and longer gears=perfect turbo setup.....if you have the money. Get a t3/t4 hybrid turbo setup, re-enforced rods, 5-angle job, arias pistons...etc. Perfect 13s plus motor

so what EXACTLY are the american models of Integra? I am confused with all this GS, LS stuff..

in Australia,
we have GSi, with the B18B / no vtec
and then VTi-R with B18C (or whatever)
and finally the Type-R which replaced the VTi-R in 1997 i think
