er seen so much spoon crap in my life!!whats up guys, i was driving tonight, in heavy rain and alot of melted snow runoff, and all of a sudden my car starts sputtering or pulsating... i couldnt hear it over my radio but i felt it not getting full power. so i pause my hu, and sure enough my car sounded like it had two engines with two different tones firing rapidly. it only happens under 3k, i basically get no power and it feels as if the car wants to stall, then i get a crazy burst at 3k like im hitting vtec(but more pronounced) and the engine is fine, but if it drops under 3000 it starts again.
what could this be??

cummon guys, i planned on going up to hew hampshire tomorrow to snowboard, i gotta know whats wrong first.
