Default master and slave cylinder.

Hey,

I was wondering where the slave and master cylinder are located. I have a GSR and may need to get them replaced or repaired. Also how much would I be spending if I get it replaced by the dealer. I wonder if they will cover it in my warranty. It's a 2001 integ.

Thanks

On Preludes, the master cyclinder is connected to the clutch pedal and the slave cyclinder is on the tranny. Its probably the same with GSR's

Master is on the firewall, in front of the clutch pedal. Look for the clutch fluid reservoir...

Slave cylinder is mounted on the bellhousing, about center-height, behind the RH radiator fan. The push-rod from the slave is inside a rubber boot; pull that open & you can see the throw-out lever/fork which goes in to work the throw-out bearing.
