How many people does it take to tune? There is no hondata tuner/dealer here and I am considering flying a tuner/dealer(s) here to tune for me (B16 w/ Revhard Turbo), a friend (B20 w/ Turbo) and another friend (n/a B20).

Im in Canada and the nearest tuner is about 20 hours away. There are three people in total that are interested. How is this a dumb idea?

anyways, flying out someone to tune ur car can be quite beneficial. especially if 3 people split up the plane tickets. its gonna cost a bit extra cause u gotta 1) pay the tuner 2) pay for dyno time 3) pay for plane tickets but when u live in canada what else are u gonna do?

a Group of us flew vaportrail out here to tune our hondata's and I think it was worth everypenny. only thing is, make 100% sure that everyones cars are ready when the tuner gets there, not being preparred and then not getting tuned would surely be a dissapointing expense.

I dont need three tuners!!! So vaportrail tuned your car? On a dyno? What about street tuning? How can I get a hold of him? How much for tuning, dyno and plane ticket?

 

im sure you can figure out how much a dyno and a plane ticket will cost.....first you have too look for a place that will let you use their dyno...

 

it would not be worth your time or money for me to fly all the way to canada. It would probably cost you total over 1,000 us dollars. You could drive to me, see some warmth, get a tan, scope babes at the beach, and then drive back, for a whole lot less cash.
