Hey guys,

If you guys are making the IC pipes yourself and want to get some beads so the hoses don't pop off under boost, I can do them for $10 a pipe plus shipping to and from bay area california...
I also have silicone hoses if anyone need them.

 

so what you are saying is we send you our charge pipes, you bead them, then send them back????? i dont know

 

doubt theres a market for people to send you their pipes just for beading when it can be dont locally and not have to pay outrageous shipping for 20 lbs of pipes.

you should try marketing prebent and beaded piping kits or piping section in custom sizes... yes a little more work but it would be more worth it to the customer to send money for that.

even selling piping kits would be good cause alot of application are missed and alot of people who want prefab'd piping of certain sizes or whatever other options.

I might do some pre bent and beaded pipes for different cars later but right now all I have is a pipe for 94+ GSR.. I sell them for $60 and they are steel

Ron, got any pictures of the piping? Is that for just the charge pipe or do you have intercooler piping also? What size is the piping and what gauge steel (you do mean aluminized mild steel like in exhaust systems correct?)

Its just the one pipe, kind of like a cold air intake. The other pipes are easy anyways.. The pipe is 2.25" and is aluminized steel.
I also have an AEM cold air intake for sale, just the pipe for $80.

you own or work at a shop or somethin? im in modesto cali, i have a drag turbo kit going in a month, i'll probably need some custom piping like exhuast if you can do that type or stuff. what's your phone number, city youre in , shop addy?

 

Why don't you sell short pipes that are beaded on one side so we can make our own piping? You should also try to get some pre mandrel bent pipes; you'll definitely get a higher response. Just thought I'd help you out.

 

Yes, I am think about getting some U bends and 90 degree pipes..

Where the bay are you located? do you do just ic piping? As in if you can take a look at my car, you can make all the IC piping for me? I figured I'd start researching piping builders before the project gets started.

 

I am not charging extra for shipping just whaterver UPS charges..

Doesn't look like I will get to do 30 pipes thou.. Not too many people interested.

 

I am in the east bay..I can probably get you all the pipes you need.
