Default d15 crank with d16 rods p29 pistons

Im trying to figure this out and im constantly second guessing myself so i wanna see if you guys think this is correct. If i use the d16a6 crank and pistons the p29 pistons will be .04" below the deck, but then if i put the d15 crank in thats 5.5mm thats removed from the crank distance so thats 5.5mm i should add to the pistons distance below the deck correct(0.04"=1.016mm, 1.016+5.5=6.516=0.26" piston to deck height)? Then if i opt for the ls rods they're a millimeter longer than d16 rods, so i'd take a millimeter off the 6.516mm deck height which would make it 5.516 or .22" deck height right? if this sounds right lemme know, if not lemme know, thanks

ohh one more thing, the h22 rods as i look at them i see they're mighty perfect for my application, 143mm and with that in conjunction with the d15 crank i would have a 1.698 r/s ratio which would only rock! the only problem is, which i just noticed (damn crower and its ***** nilly charts) is the big end bore, its 2.xmm larger than the d series b.e. bore, seems a little big for bearings any other rod options that're 140-143mm long with a big end bore of 1.890" though my manual says the b.e. bore is 1.771"

looks like you can use the mitsu. 1st and 2nd gen rods on the d crank, but you'll also need a .3" deck plate. who makes deckplates?

LS rods and D16 series rods are the same length. LS rods in a D16 are a popular low budget swap.

I really don't know much about D15's but the people who have worked on them seem to think that the D15 crank is junked compared to the D16 crank.

What exactly are you trying to do with your setup?

going for a higher rod stroke ratio. mainly because of the sidewall stress and because if i raise it the pumping efficiency of the engine will be increased. Longer times at TDC and BDC allowing for more complete power stroke and allowing for a fuller intake stroke and more complete exhaust expulsion
