I have a 94 Civic EX coupe and am thinking of selling it. I checked Edmunds and it said for a comparably equipped car it goes for around 7G in my region (NJ). It is a pretty clean car except that it had been in an accident before (actually I parked it on the street and someone side swiped me) but I had it fixed. The only visible body damage is the damgae from someone stealing my spoiler. This left the old mounting holes on my trunk lid exposed. I might just get another spoiler to cover it up before selling. How much do you guys think I should deduct for the "faults"?

 

I'll give you 500 bucks, sight unseen...

Yeah someone stole the stock spoiler. They took a crow bar and just ripped it right off.

I am thinking of selling because I moved to a new house and I want to get a Pilot since it seems everything I want to buy for my new home is too big to fit in my Civic.

 

Good luck getting $7000 or anything remotely close to it for a 1994 civic coup with damage.

 

it's probably worth around 4500 - 5500....

 

7 grand sounds like a little much I would think more around 4
