Default Should I try having AEBS tune my car?

Anyone here have experience with them? I haven't heard much about them on this board. AEBS is local to me though and was thinking of letting them tune my n/a motor with hondata. Whatcha guys think? For 100 bucks an hour, i wanna make sure i'm getting my money's worth.

From what I hear, AEBS is one of the best. Well, in So Cal. The best in San Diego I know for sure.

I dyno'd my old car there, wasn't a very good experience. Their dyno guy (not going to say his name) didn't bother to use a timing gun after adjusting my gears. Asked why, and he said he doesn't need it, left it at home. The owner (very nice guy) disagreed, and told him to use one, only charged me 40 bucks, asked to come back, never did. Recently, after installing my friends Toda B's, valvesprings/retainers, and cam gears, they dyno'd it. Not a very smooth graph, peak power was at 186hp 128tq. Expecting more, my friend asked "is that it" and the tuner said he didn't want to "push it" too hard. ???!! I insisted on taking his car to Dynamic's myself, there, (Aries Dizon) cleaned up the graph, very smooth power delivery (thought it would never stop pulling) peak power 207hp 136tq. I only went there because it was close, and of course their reputation in SD. I firmly beleive it's worth the drive to Dynamics.

edit: I'm not trying to talk bad about AEBS, they do some incredible work on race cars. But with these 2 experiences stuck in my head, I won't dyno with them.

Hm..I see. Thats the first negative feedback i've received about AEBS. Isn't dynamics in norcal? For me, i've had good experiences at Import Builders. But since AEBS is local to me, i thought i might give them a shot since they have an excellent reputation. Thanks Rodrez, anyone else have experiences with AEBS?

I dont know...My close friend took his car there..and they put his car on the dyno for three hours..not letting it cool down between runs..ended up melting a pistons...and too top it off..he had to pay 330.00 bucks to them..and get his car towed home ...Not saying it is there fault ...cause of his motor..but..he wont be revisiting to tune his newly built motor..

It's in Lake Forest, about 40min North of SD, very good shop. Aries Dizon is the main tuner there, I've dyno'd with him about 4 or 5 times. but he'll be leaving the business in about 2 weeks for school
