Jordo, sorry to hear about this. At least you didn't get seriously hurt. You should go to the doctor to get your neck/back checked out.. I would definitely try and get something($$) out of this. This lady was riding your *** and hit you from behind. It is totally her fault. Make sure they fix your car right. Use all OEM parts and get the best body shop possible. Make this lady PAY for her mistake.. I am tired of these POS careless drivers on the roads!! Good luck and keep us posted..

yeah anything that she caused damage too, so if your tranny is fucked up for some reason she will have to fix that too not just cosmetic stuff anything that breaks. I know this is shitty but it may work out for your benefit. Maybe have your friend overcharge a little for the body work and get a jdm front? Because insurance has to let you take your car to anyshop you chose so if you have a friend with a body shop that could work out greatly in your favor

You have more things to worry about than your head unit. First thing to do is get off Honda-Tech, since nothing will happen from just bitching about stupid drivers on an online message board. She won't have to pay for anything if you just complain about this to us.

Find a local law firm in the yellow pages that deals in your type of situations. They do this for a living, they are experts on this sort of thing, they are the ones to get legal advice from. Then just take it from there.

edit-Also go to your family doctor to get a check up from the accident. If there are problems make sure you get a written report.

Yes, absolutely. She is what is referred to as the "but for" cause, i.e. but for her wreckless driving, your head unit would still work. Same applies to anything else damaged in the car. Make sure you get everything replaced by the best body shop available. If your neck and/or back hurt, get a lawyer to give you a free consultation regarding the situation. You might be able to make out better than you originally thought.

Well in Jordo's defense...it probably wasn't possible to call a lawyer right at that time anyway...the only that he can do now was post it all up...but then call the next day.

So since I am posting this next day...I hope that he is calling a lawyer to ***-rape the BEEACH...
