Default will exedy racing clutch for b17 hold down the power of a b18cR?

the clutch for the 92-93 integra is the same for the b17 and b18.

will the exedy organic racing clutch from 92-93 integra hold down the power of a '00 JDM ITR motor with i/h/e

should I be worried?

Edit: oops. honda doesn't make a 2.8 litre b-series

If it's the same part number, then clearly it is adequate.

clutchcityonline says 92-93 is 08-800A and 94-01 is 08-800B but they appear to be the same clutch.

can anyone confirm this?

They're not the same part if they have different part numbers.

What makes you say this:

the clutch for the 92-93 integra is the same for the b17 and b18.

clutch city online lists the b18 92-93 integra clutch the same as the b17 92-93 integra clutch. both are 08-800A

Get the clutch made for the B18C5.

If you're using a 92-93 GSR transmission, you can use the ITR clutch.

i will be using the 92-93 GSR tranny, but I already have the Exedy organic for it.

Are you sure that you can use an ITR clutch on the 92-93 GSR tranny? Does the tranny have the same size input shaft with the same number of splines?

Yes, the 92-93 GSR transmissions are the best cable transmissions to use because they use the same size input shaft as the hydro transmissions.
