can you re-use your valve cover gasket?

Default can you re-use your valve cover gasket?

It seems fairly new and im about to put the head up for sale. Is it reusable or ??

they're only like $11.00 new.

But yeah, if it's a new gasket, and it isn't torn, or hardened, then you can try it.

Worse case scenario is it leaks, and you have to take the valve cover off then replace it.

Always be sure to check the little "O-ring" ones at the bottom. If they leak, your spark plug holes will fill up with oil.

yea as long as it isnt hard or crackin youll be fine.. use little bit of hondabond around the cam seals...
