Clutch not disengaging at high RPM

Clutch not disengaging at high RPM
It's a clutchmasters stage 4 clutch, single diaphragm, hydro. At any RPM above 8600 the clutch will not disengage immediately. Could this be a problem with the pressure plate? Or could there be another problem, like the clutch slave? Any help would be highly appreciated.
