SOHC Vtec Swap (D16Z6) Wiring Question....
Should i convert the entire car to obd1 or just use my si ecu with a v-tec controller? is there a benefit over using the p28 ecu?
i need some sort of guide to help me use this ecu in my car.
im not to fond of custom v-tec and fuel maps from a controller, rather have the stock computer handle that the way it was meant to be

if u wanna go OBDO u can get a Apexi VAFC
if u go OBD1, u can get a chipped P28, but might be very rich.....
any route will respond good...
but it depends on waht kind of use u going to do to the car

blown90hatch, has some convertion harness for cheap, they are awesome in quality and also in availability. they convert from obd0 to obd1
If you plan on going boosted 0bd1 is the way, you can get a p28, not forced to be chipped since it's the ECU going with your engine. this motor won't see any difference between a EG and a EF. I choosed to go obd1 cause of my plan on turbo thing and the choice of chiped ecu also for the AEM stand alone system.
hope this help
