Better gear ratios
ZC has better 1-4 gears, but Si has a better 5th and final drive.
Plus if you put a ZC tranny in you have to change the axles to accomidate the Intermediate shaft, it's a better axle set up (less torque steer) but more work/$ involved.
if you have the skills or $$ for a shop to do it, take the 1-4 gears out of the ZC and put them into the Si tranny.
if you don't want to crack open any cases, I'd stick with the Si tranny.

1st 3.25 3.25
2nd 1.894 1.944
3rd 1.259 1.346
4th 0.937 1.033
5th 0.771 0.878
final 4.25 3.888
